Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nadja Stadler, Fell Rebell, Bandgasse 28, Tür 1, 1170 Wien, [sumiundstitch@gmail.com]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Return Conditions

The goods must be returned without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days of informing us about your decision to withdraw. The following conditions must be met for the return:

The items must be unused, undamaged, and unworn.

Any packaging, such as for food items, must remain unopened.

The product should not show any signs of use.

For hygiene reasons, shampoo, conditioner, balm and similar products must not have been used and the seals must remain intact.

If the returned products do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to refund a reduced amount.

Legal Consideration for Hygiene Products

In accordance with European consumer protection law, products like toiletries, cosmetics, and similar items (such as shampoo and conditioner) can generally not be returned once they have been opened or used. This is due to hygiene and health concerns. Therefore, if such items are opened or used, they may not be eligible for a refund.
