FellRebell – Shipping Policy (Europe)

Effective Date: October 20, 2025

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship exclusively within Europe. Deliveries outside of Europe are not available

at this time. If you would like to inquire about international shipping options outside of

Europe, please contact us directly at [your contact information].

2. Shipping Costs

We offer shipping across Europe with corresponding shipping costs. The shipping costs

are calculated based on the destination and the size of the order. The final shipping costs

will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

• Austria: €4.30 per order

• Europe: €6.50 per order

Shipping is free for orders from €50 within Austria and for orders from €90 within Europe.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery address.

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but please note that

delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

4. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners such as Austrian Post or DHL. Once your

order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking

number.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed

after 2:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the next business day.

6. Partial Deliveries

If your order contains multiple items, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries where

reasonable. No additional shipping costs will apply for partial deliveries.7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report the damage

immediately to the carrier and contact us as soon as possible. Failing to make a complaint

does not affect your legal warranty rights, but helps us to assert our claims against the

shipping company.

8. Customs & Import Duties

For shipments outside of Austria, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These

additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product

price or shipping fee.

9. Delivery Delays

If there are any delays in delivery, we will notify you immediately. In the event of extended

delays, you have the right to withdraw from the contract.
